No Medications

Grown in healthy conditions to avoid all medications, vaccines, hormones, and antibiotics.

Pasture Rotated

For peak nutrition and cleanliness, our broilers are rotated to clean, fresh ground 7 days per week, and our pigs once a week.

Corn & Soy Free

We feed all of our animals non-GMO, corn-free, soy-free feed that is healthier for them and us!

Local Suppliers

We source the vast majority of our inputs from farms and businesses in Idaho.

Stewardship Informs Our Farming Practices

Hello! I'm Mark Ellison. I live in Emmett, ID with my wife Sophie, and my parents Scott and Julie. Our journey to producing quality food began when we were forced to tackle some complex health issues. After researching, we found out that so many of the conventional food production ways are broken and producing unhealthy food with little nutritional substance. We decided to begin our farming journey to grow food the right way and use nutritious food as medicine to support healing of the body. Christian men like Joel Salatin and John Moody inspired us and helped us get to where we are this season: breeding treatment-free bees, and growing pigs, broilers, and layerson pasture with non-GMO, soy-free, corn-free feed. We strive to be good stewards of God's creation, and we're thrilled to be growing food that we feel good eating. We hope that you'll join us and enjoy some of the fruits of our labor!
